Maryam is the Head of Education at Mattina Artisan Roastery, and a certified SCA Authorized Trainer (AST), Q Arabica Grader, and Q Instructor & CVA for cuppers. With years of experience across the full spectrum of specialty coffee education—including roasting, sensory analysis, and quality control—Maryam brings deep technical expertise and practical insight to every training session. She has also served as a national judge at World of Coffee Dubai and is known for her clear instruction and passion for excellence.
