The workshop focused on practical learning, with participants brewing coffee alongside Maryam and exploring each method step by step. Papua New Guinea coffee was brewed using the V60, while Brazil coffee was used for the French Press and Brazil Cerrado for the Aeropress.

How Brewing Method Shapes the Cup

Beyond learning the brewing process, participants experienced how different brewing methods can influence extraction, flavour, and the final cup. The interactive format made the session both educational and enjoyable, with everyone getting the opportunity to brew and taste their own coffee.
