An Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) is a practitioner audited by the Specialty Coffee Association and approved to deliver SCA certification. It is the meta-credential — every course Maryam teaches is issued under this authority.
Tier II
SCA CSP · Practice Tracks
Six modules. Professional in each.
The Specialty Coffee Association's Coffee Skills Program ladders Foundation → Intermediate → Professional across separate disciplines. Maryam holds Professional in five and Foundation in the sixth.
